Popular items include:

- Rice Noodle Rolls (肠粉).
Roast meats
Look for Char Siu (叉烧), Roast Goose (烧鹅) and Roast Duck (烧鸭).

Claypot Rice (煲仔饭) combines rice with ingredients cooked in a hot clay pot.
